What you really want is to prime black and dry-brush with Dark Angels
Green for a simple look. If you really want to use a wash of some kind,
prime white and use Orc Flesh Wash, but I warn you this will be a lot
brighter than Dark Angels should be and probably still about as dark as
a pre-made green wash gets.
