Artillery whether direct or indirect _never_ scatters. Guess they got
sensors and orbital recon down finally in the year 40,000. They disrupt
the detachment as a whole so no template is needed. Being supressed means
your shooting is automatically less effective, and you need to make tests
each time you want to move or charge.
