Yes, this was Warick's suggestion. It's also the cheesiest rule I think
that GW has ever put forward. Given the description of drop pods in
the rules, they come screaming in from orbit (with a loud noise, mind
you) and light up half the sky. How anything is going to "infiltrate"
from this sort of delivery is beyond me.

Lay this next to what he did for the Squat army list in CJ and I begin
to suspect Warwick of being a cheesemeister.

Which is best? Which is best is only allowing them to use the infiltrate
ability if the enter the board *on foot*. Do note, however, that Jervis
confirms within the Q&A that it is legal to use the infiltrate move
if you enter either by vehicle, drop pod, or (I would assume) flyer.

Slice some chedder, have some fun. < grumble, grumble >

Oh, speaking of the Q&A, I'm trying to put togehter another letter for
Jervis. So far, I only have two questions.

    1) Are Kruz missles 1-shots?
    2) Do you half firepower for being on assault before or after
       you subtract blast markers?

Any more I should add?

(Hmm.... the topic line isn't very descriptive here; better add this
as a post of its own.)

If you have questions about EPIC 40K and can't find the answers
in the rule books, send them to:

They will be passed on to Jervis Johnson and Andy Chambers.
