[Epic] Eldar Grav-Tanks

All the Eldar vehicles have grav-drives, yes? So I came up with the
following:

DROP DETACHMENT, any normal det +5 points per vehicle in it.

To be a Drop Detachment, any detachment:
a) Must be made up completely of Skimmers OR
b) Must have enough Transport units to transport all the infantry units
in the detachment (swooping hawks excepted).

The detachment is released in high orbit, and works in much the same way
as the Night Goblin Doom Diver- the vehicles power dive a safe distance,
then use their grav-drives to stabilise and pull out of the drop before
it's too late. They use the same rules as Drop Pods, with the following
exceptions:

1) Snap-fire and Flak ranges of enemy units can be doubled, as the
Eldaar detachment is a) much bigger than normal drop pod detachments, b)
takes longer to hit the ground.

2) The bits of paper are released 45cm above the table, not 30cm.

What do you chaps think?
