That would be 41 stands. You forgot the Warlord. Read the OLD fluff
(Waagh, The Orks or 'Er We Go). Sounds like a Goff clan to me.

Ten shots, total. Big deal, you spread out and all he gets is 10-20
targets. That unit could, at best, drop 10 BM on the other side and
kill off 10-20 units. Remember that it needs LOS to hit a unit. And
for 530 points (what this would cost) I would be able to deploy, say my
Goff clan (
http://www.spellbooksoftware.com/epic/detachents/Waagh-Tunez/goff.htm )
which drops 48 firepower (or 72 if I use the "dakka" card on it) or if I
wanted to be isulting about it, for 384 pts (about 70% the cost if the
DSM detachment) I could use the "Snots and Grots support group (
http://www.spellbooksoftware.com/epic/detachents/Waagh-Tunez/grot-spt-grp.htm
) which drops 50 FP a turn. 24 of which is artillery, needing no LOS.

Unless, of course, you had a Kult of Speed as the base line unit. Then
you get, what 15 Pulsa?

Only matters if you are fighting Orks. An IG army will always have
lower SR than eldar, always be higher than 'Nids and Chaos has the same
variable SR rule in place. And the Ork rule on replacing counters
before assult phase tends to even that out.

All point based systems are open to abuse.
