RE: [Epic] Avatar Transport

I just had an epiphany.
How about a transport rule where every transport has a size such as
(1/2) where the first number is the transport size value, and the second
is the transport cargo space. THe advantage of doing it this way, is
that some vehicles may have a huge capacity, but may not allow
entrance/egress of large units. Of course every unit will now need a
size rating, ie infantry are 1, and a rhino has 1/2 capacity, therefore
it can only hold size 1 units. Also the problem of movement losses for
dumping troops is answered, the size allowance can also be used for the
number of troops allowed to exit per 5cm penalty. Therefore a Rhino
{Transport(1/2)} would have to lose 10 cm to drop off it's 2 units,
whereas a Leviathan (Lets say Transport(3/6)) can drop off half its load
and still move, and may also carry 2 size 3 models or 3 size 2 units.
Another suggestion, LRs would be 2/2 because of the way their hatches
are placed.
Sorry if this makes no sense, but I am at work and it occurred to me
that this would kill 2 birds with one stone sensibly. Is it worth
pursuing?
Steve
