Actually, WARZONE did a good job of working out targeting rules; as well
as giving commanders a distictive but not outlandish look. The only way
to specifically target a character near a squad was with a sniper rifle.

They also made the clever assumption that no soldier walks across the
fields standing, but craw about looking for every scrap of cover they
could.

Sadly, they made cheesing out an army too easy; maybe they'll fix it if
they make WARZONE II.
