Ah, I think it is. I don't have my SM/TL rules at the office, but I
seem to recall that you can't target command stands, unless they are the
closest target. I'll look when I go home at lunch and see. I'll post,
right or wrong, this afternoon.
It's not part of E40K, as such, any thing that can target a single stand
may target ANY stand with in range. Fire power attacks, on the other
hand, peel back the detachment starting at the closes unit and working
towards the back.
