As my expereince is limited to Epic 40k, I can not be sure that all my
suggetions will translate over to older versions, but here goes.

1. Since you already are not playing only Marine, include some Vortex
missiles. Early in the game drop these on high concentrations, to break up
group integraties.

2. Meet his mobility with some of your own. use assault troops alot for
speedy foot troops, and combine with barraging vehicle like the whirlwinds.

3. Get into CC quickly supported by vehicles like the vindicators.

That is my suggestionsfor the battle. It is based on what someone else did
to my old Harlequin army in WH40k. My only saving grace in the fight was
good luck in initiative, and heavy duty Psyker attacks. God I miss that army.
