I thought this was a good idea, but the dreads are expensive and take up
2 slots in the hawk-expensive real estate. You are better off deploying
tacticals and devs and dumping them into cover and then overwatching,
they are really hard to remove then, replace the tacs with termies, that
makes em even harder...
