[Epic] Detachments for Steve

Well, these aren't really _favorites_ of mine or anything, but they have
been used in battle, at least. I really don't have favorites at this
point because of my limited game play experience. Anyway, on to the
detachments.

Oh, and if anyone wants to comment on them, feel free. I could use some
advice/criticism.
