Each detachment can have a squad of 1-3 bike STANDS. That is, one stand
of three bikes, or two stands, each of three bikes (6 in total) or three
stands of 3 bikes (9 in total).
Space Marine Assault bikes are 1 to a stand. Thus a detachment
containing 2 Assault Bikes units and 2 Bike Units would have:
2 x 1 or 2 Assault Bikes
2 x 3 or 6 Bikes (on 2 stands)
Just like a detachment can have 2 Space Marine STANDS, each with 5 space
marines, so there are 10 space marine models spread over two stands.
