In WH40k the worth of an attack bike massively outweighs the worth of a
bike in a firefight. I never field my bikes for their weaponry, more as a
distraction and for their hit and run ability. The Multi melta/ Heavy
bolter armament of attack bikes coupled with their speed makes them
formidable.
