Maybe, but they aren't shy about cutting up the new bases for tyrannid
warrior stands, and two bikes on a cut stand looks fine. In fact, it
looks to me like they show all of the bike units on cut stands on p 47
of the "battles" book, so I guess we're back to a greed theory. Hell,
that's probably the root of needing to buy 40K bikes in groups of
three...
