I think it is a moot point, as 10 artillery pieces is a little riduculous
anyway.

What was the question? Was is Are Imperial Super Heavies WEs? If so then
yes they are, the have a war engine data sheet, they are damaged as war
engines, and act as them in every way. BTW, I think you meant to say
Shadowswords, Stormhammers are the large tanks with two twin linked
battlecannon on 2 turrets.

SHVs are cool, they can deal out a lot of damage, I normally field either
3 Shadowswords with a baneblade or 2 of each...
