That's not quite the issue. The problem is that you have fluff and you have
rules. The rules generally try to implement the fluff in the game, but
sometimes there are fluff elements that don't have a real game effect. Some
units have fluff mixed in with the rules, and it is hard to tell which is
which. Fluff may help in designing your armies and in deciding how they'd
like act, but games rules need to be clearly delineated from fluff. IMO.
