I could live with the idea of a decadent imperium, if they made a decadent
imperium. Instead of developing any real background, every unit either:

A)Was destroyed valiantly.
B)Emerged from overwhelming odds to attain elite status
C)Turned traitor with tremendous bloodshed

All technology is either:
A)ingeniously derived from old manuscripts (like putting a plasma gun on a
rhino)
B)a lost art, yet they can repair it from any damage.
