Traditional Chineses recipe, quite well known. Dog, Donkey and Tiger if
memory serves. Fermented. For medicinal purposes. Liquified Rotten flesh
was never top of my list of "things I really must try", regardless of
the part of the animal it was sourced from.

Putrescent Cabbage with chilis, spices and salt OTOH, AKA Kimchee, isn't
bad as a condiment.
