Actually, most of the items that were on sale are items that are rumoured
to be in the pipeline to be redone or cancelled. These are based on the
items that are 35% off in the U.S....Gorka Morka and Epic...are probably
just about through with their lives, the Chaos Dwarfs in WHFB are
rumoured to be undergoing a redo or possibly deletion from the line, if
the rumours of WH40K are true...that of a progression of the timeline,
then the 40K figures that were in the 35% off sale might be heading for
deletion/redoing as well. The interesting thing is that these "rumours"
were floating around long before the sale, so it may lend some validity
to them...or it could also be simply that they needed the money :)
Either way, remember that even IF we buy at 50% off direct from GW, they
are still making 100% as much money as if they had sold to the stores.
