If you want some civilians with a bit of punch Heroics and Ros 1/300 th Mo=
dern Figures put out a pack M21 - Rebel Forces. This gives you a nice mix o=
f to scale figues, but with all sorts of assorted weaponary. Great for mili=
tia, ad hoc units etc.
