No, I meant that my Veterans do not double their FP using the Rapid Fire
skill, just increase their FP from 2 to 3. I'm not positive that the extra
point of FP per base on OW offsets the added range and decreased assault
value of Devastators for the same cost, and I'm open to criticism.
Generally I field Six squads of Veterans with a Captain and Librarian,
supported by Dreadnoughts. Effective but very slow.
