Yes, but you should also set the maximum benefit. Like 10cm extra move, add
a blast marker, remove a blast marker, destroy a single enemy vehicle before
combat. Although using a hero to destroy a single vehicle before CC is
useless. Hero's have double Assault values, so unless the vehicle has a
greater assault value then your hero it is a bad risk.
