A Titan Legion often does include Adeptus Mechanicus Troops, such as troops
carreid in the legs of the Imperator

Depends on your self and ghow motivated you feel to paint Titan, IIRC from
the Titan Legions (Boxed Game) fluff, a legion can range from about a dozen
(Imperators ??) to over a hundred.
