Well, artillery is Daemon Engines, so that makes a detachment not fully Chaos
Marine and the air forces, FireLords and Doomwings are clearly daemons, so
that would not qualify as pure Chasos Space marine either.
Now, if you are allowing Whirlwihnds for Chaos by 'house rules' and playing
the optional Flak Attack rules from WD#215, you coudl stay 'pure' SM, but that
is well outside the standard rules set.
The Doomwings are might fine fighters ... do real well against the Eldar,
even.
But, I do not think you need to worry much about Air Power in the usual 4 or 5
turn game, it just doesn't have that much impact if you properly screen your
detachments and use terrain effectively.
