Size & time are not nessessarily to the same scale when it comes to any
turn based game.

I hate the blow the bubble but whoever started this simply scaled time
as well
as space. The Scale is 1/300 approx and therefore a 1 hour long turn
(in real
time scales down to 12 secs. (which is 1/300 of an hour).
