The only Open "Public" systems that act as subscribable ISP's in the
area are in Israel and Jordan. the Egyptians were going to go with the
Israelis, but may use a European consortium satellite that was built by the
Germans and launched by the Americans from a site in the Amazon Basin, after
it was "fixed"

The Jordanese are using up to date equipment supplied by Northern
Telecom on a satellite space " rented' from, We'll I can't get into that.

The Israelis use similar systems on a satellite they believe only they
control access to ;-}>

Most governments in the Area have private government only "Web Access "
but I really can't get into that eather.

The Russian built quite excellent satellites, or they used to. The
Chinese use their technicians now and technology, but they stay up longer.

We "obtained" access and control codes a while ago. One thing about the
Russians they hate to have their families starve\ing in Mother Russia when
a North American Country will let them all in as full Citizens just for a
few Chinese secrets they were poorly paid for in the first place. Or so I
haveheard ;-}>

Of course all this is just hearsay. I do happen to pick up a few things
during the day. ;-}>

And to be totally off topic how has the "Clinton affair affected you? Do
the American list members as citizens care? { Please
reply only personally to that one!}

Our own Prime Minister lied to us about getting rid of the "Free Trade"
deal, removing or reducing the hatted the GST tax, not Holding to the promise
to pay up for people that contracted AIDS through criminal decisions by the
Canadian Red Cross Blood control group, paying equal pay for equal work for
all Ladies on the government payroll, reduce personal income taxes below 55%
of gross etc. etc. etc.. And the darn guy is as popular as ever!
