Out of command units cannot move or shoot at all. They can stil
participare in Assaults and Firefights but get wiped out of they lose.
When your detachment HQ gets destroyed, command seamlessly transferrs to
the next unit in the chain, so HQ is never destroyed completely, just
moved.
