I think that the key point in this arguement is that Skimmers are an
EXCEPTION to normal rules, and don't need to be touching the model(
ie the feet).
Note that I am only saying this in reference to titans, I'm not
trying to say that skimmers don't need to touch other models to get
into hand to hand.
