The 'name' of the scale (like 25 mm, 6 mm, etc ...) has to be measured from
the base to __the eyes__ and not to the top of the head.

This is why 25 mm figures are 28 mm in fact and the 28 mm GW minis are
*called* 30 mm figs by GW (they measure the total height of the fig).
