Actually, most WDs have a list of GW trademarks in them. Additional
questionable ones are: Chivalry, Attila, Fire Dragon, Grey Knight, Old
World, Valhalla, Worldeater. Not all are registered, though. Eldar, Dark
Angels and Chivalry are, the other are not. Does anyone know what the
difference between a registered/non-registered trademark is? And exactly
what rights you have to your trademarks? GW could hardly sue someone for
selling a Dark Angel or Fire Dragon for a fantasy game, could they?
