Well I wanted something to remember me by "oh it's that Rumor Control
guy... what's he saying." That and I didn't want my name quite as
associated with someone who had the rules a couple of months before the
Chapter Approved and Outriders had it... but now that we're less than 2
weeks away it's not as big of a deal.

Correct... Eldar in general have weaker armor than the Imperium, the WS is
an exception with a 6+ Armor, which is probably due to the wave field
protection.
I'm doing the Imperial Knights in the same way... no extra rules for a
field, but a better armor overall.
