Incorrect! They have a damage capacity of 8. Imperial Titans have 18.
Not to mention the instant critical damage...

Aahhh, but consider this, they Eldar units get shot and killed on a 3+.
No save. That is quite hurtful, and is worth alot of points when it
dies. Not worth it really, but a few is, otherwise they are prime
targets!

Incorrect yet again.... They can be targeted by anything, and can target
anything.....
You can't fall back and pop up, because you are running away, and may do
nothing until you rally.
