I'm not an Eldar player but I think the Titnas represent the ultimate in
Eldar... very shooty, fairly mobile, and fragile as hell.

That's about it... since the mantle of detachment HQ is seamlessly passed
to the next unit when destroyed, det. HQs only serve as focla points for
your detachments.
