Wrong! I specifically asked about this on a Q&A to Allen, and the response was:

  Fleshhounds are immune to PSYCHIC attacks, not to WARP attacks in general.

IIRC, by psychic attacks they specifically meant attacks from psykers.
This means they are immune to Weirdboyz, Librarians, and Eldar Warlocks,
but not Prism Cannons, Warp Hunters, or Vortexes. Funny, I never thought
about it before (or I would have said it earlier) but, since the Avatar is
not a psyker, I guess that means the Fleshound is not immune to it, either.
