Because it's clearly ridiculous. I think the Avatar could club the darn
thing with a rock if it would make you feel better. i agree that your
interpretation has some merit, but give me a break. I have a feeling if you
sent that one to AC/JJ they would brow beat you with some "spirit of the
game" crap, and tell you that the Avatar can club the little puppy.
