[Epic] Epic 40k

I am lost on the new rules, due to the fact that I have been unemployed
for the last 5 months. As that leaves me without the funds to buy the
new boxed set. I still play the 2nd. edition Space Marine though.
If someone would be kind enough to E-mail me the rough outline of the
new rules structure it would be appreciated.
