Ummm... yes, the substance is stronger. But no, the Thai ones have a
greater amount. Habaneros are hot enough that 1 repeat 1 chilli can be
easily dedected in 1 cu metre (ie 1 tonne) of water if memory serves...
In either case, to be used sparingly...
