Terminators are more expensive in 40k because on that tiny scale they have a
much bigger effect. On a lrage scale then the longer range, speed etc come
into play and the terminators become what they are - just tough space
marines.

I mean, why dont exarchs have the hero ability? They usually carry ancient
weapons,a dn good close combat weapons, so they should have it. Also warlocks
should have save, due to their armour.

After all, a stupid COMMISSAR gives an imp stand the hero ability. this is
complete and utter rubbish, IMHO, and very unfair for the points. then again,
the entire imperial army isnt exactly well balanced (did someone mention
landraiders? :0)
