[Epic] Odd things not said in ther rules

I have 2 question about the currrent E40K rules

1) Has any body noticed that you can shoot over/through detachments? It
states that units do not block line of fire. Nowhere does it say that
you have to shoot at the closes detachment, just that you take out units
closes to you within the target detachment. Am I on drugs or did GW
really take out one of the major problems with most of their games, that
you must shoot at the closes hostile detachment/reqiment/squad?


2) Can you take more than one "Supreame Commander" detachment? Nowhere
is this touched, execpt in the case of 'nids, which have a limit of how
many Dom' they can have.
