Any quik dry 2 part epoxy resin. It's colourless, and looks like slimy
gunk no matter how you apply it. For green slime, add in a little green
ink when you're mixing the two parts together.

BTW, has anyone seen the posters published by the health and safety
people and sent out to industry regarding the handling of two part
epoxy? Scary stuff. Apparently, the general public shouldn't really be
let loose with the stuff!
