- Air Mobile (drop pods, T-hawks)
- Stubborn
- Rapid Fire
- Strategy 5
- Good Armor
Weaknesses:
- Regular troops are high cost
- Few Psykers
- Only short range arty
- Strategy bonus is lost with any Imeprial allies

Strengths:
- Artillery, Artillery, Artillery
- Cheap regular troops
- Good tanks and transports
- Did I mention artillery?
Weaknesses:
- Low troop armor
- Few Psykers
- No Assault troop type
- Terrible strategy (2)
All off the top of my head and all IMO.
