[Epic] Hmmm... SM or IG?

It's me again with the same prob as before. I'm in a pinch at the moment as
to whether I should start collecting SM or IG in the new E40K range.
Although I'll be basing the army primarily on Titans and Dreadnoughts (its
wierd, but I don't like Knights for some reason), I'm not sure which list is
the best to use as a foundation.

Can anyone *briefly* outline the strengths and weaknesses of the SM and IG
army lists? I would be most grateful.
