[Epic] Ak-ak and Orks

A question and an idea:

1) How do Ork Gargants and Battlefortresses fare in the new E40K system?
Are they crap? Are the great? Are they damage sponges with no guns or
fragile artillery pieces? In between?

2) Has anyone used those old carapace multi-lasers as snap-fire
anti-aircraft weapons (in either system)? For the old system I was
thinking something like 1 die per weapon, snap-fire vs. aircraft only
regardless of titan's orders, hits on a 5+ with a -1 save mod. and maybe
50cm range? That's not a real mauler of a weapon but the pieces
themselves are pretty small. Still, they replace genuine titan weapon
slots so they shouldn't be too bad. Seems like a better sue for the mini,
kinda like battleship AA guns. I'm not familiar enough with the old
system to propose a stat line for it.

What do you think of the idea (apologies if it's old news, I haven't been
on the list long at all)?

And what about those orks?
