Good point Mark. It doesn't take much to strip down a Warhound or
Gargant's Void/Power Shields, although the larger War Engines are still a
little bothersome. A Land Raider squadron with about 6 L/Raiders can do
the job against a Warlord Titan or similar. Then the Death Rays let rip.

Clarification on this...All War Engines can enter Forest/Woods - it just
counts as dangerous terrain for all except Tyranid Bio-Titans. However,
only Tyranid Bio-Titans can enter buildings, which is normally impassable
for other War Engines.

As for blocking shots though, that only works in E40K if the terrain is
between the shooter and the target, and that the target cannot be seen
over the terrain feature (which is pretty hard for most Titans unless
it's a forest on a hill or a very tall building). As soon as the Titan
enters a Forest or Building, it effectively no longer acts as cover (see
Line of Fire rules in the rulebook) and therefore can be shot at freely.
Of course it can also shoot back, but that might be too late if facing
massed infantry/vehicles...

Kind regards, JAMES FLOWERS
