Given his response on the Chaos Marine detachments (see below), I think
he meant "includes c and e"... a Captain costs 25 points, +25 to make it
the commander = 50 points.

Yow! That's a wee bit... spendy? Especially since that makes your
Farseer Supreme Commander cheaper than you detachment commanders?
Interesting... I don't think we'll be seeing many Farseers in
detachments, unless someone *really* wants to have a lot of psykers.
