A player can freely split fire between enemy detachments. So, frex,
if you have a marine det with 10 FP and 10 AT shots, you could fire
5 FP at one target, 5 FP and 7 AT at a second target, and 3 AT at
a third target (or any combonation you like). In the event that a
barrage covers units of different detachments, I would assume that each
detachment is attacked with the appropriate FP (but the rules don't
actually specify this, it just seems like the most sensable way to me).
