[Epic] Epic ground scale

I thought Epic was a 2 mm scale, therefore shouldn't 1 mm = 1 yard (or
if you don't like Imperial measurement - 1 mm = 1 m and the pride of
humanity stand 6'8").

So in Epic v2 most infantry fire effectively at up to 500
yards/metres, in E40K at 150? 300? (I haven't looked at E40K).

Normal Epic PBI move rates = 10 cm/turn. On the above scale that means
they are covering 100m. If we assume the inf are charging flat out
while wearing kit, say they cover 100m in 20 seconds. On a charge they
can cover 200m so 40 seconds. Hence most 3 round games would be a
cataclysmic inferno for 2 minutes.
