BTW, what do the rest of the Canadians think about Quebec independence? It
was my understanding that most are not opposed (even if they don't actively
favor it). I was also under the impression that Quebec has been responsible
for a major portion of the national debt, and one of the big sticking points
was who was going to get saddled with what portion of the debt. Are these
basically the facts, or am I completely crocked?
