Hi all,

        Sauron1 was talking about hot wire cutters in a recent post and I
was wondering if anyone out there has tried to make one themselves. I
spoke to a few people about this a while ago at my local store and they
rattled off about needing a power supply with a certain ampage (sp?) and
wire with a certain resistance (it was commonly used for something else,
maybe a type of welding ???). Anyway has anyone tried to build their own,
any success, materials...
