Well, I think you hit it right there, the guy was an asshole. There's a big
difference between being a rude bastard and saying, "Man, you need to get
some paint on your Orks." Mostly we just rib people about having a lousy
paint job. Nothing harsh. I also think that stores, which should be trying
to do a good job of _marketing_, are perfectly within their rights to ask
that miniatures be painted in order to play in-store. OTOH, treating the
customers badly is completely daft. Personally, I would have told the
manager/owner what happened, that I was not doing any business there, and
that I would ask my friends not to do any business there. THEN I would have
walked out.
